International Research & Asset Management was founded in 1987 in response to the increasing complexity of today's financial markets. The ever-changing investment environment and the emergence of the global economy had created a need for those responsible for large sums of money to seek expert counsel. At the same time, the investment industry faced serious restrictions for advisors who wished to provide objective advice and open-access to any money manager. As a result, International Research was created to fill that need.
